1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Yeshwa Events and Decors strives to provide the best service. Our refund policy for event bookings is as follows:
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date.
Cancellations by Client: * Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: 100% of the balance (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
Postponement: If an event is rescheduled, we will attempt to accommodate the new date. A rescheduling fee may apply based on vendor availability.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Privacy Policy
At Yeshwa Events and Decors, we value your privacy.
Information Collection: We collect names, contact numbers, email addresses, and event details solely to provide event management services.
Data Usage: Your information is used for billing, communication, and coordinating with specific event vendors (e.g., caterers or venues). We do not sell or trade your personal data to third parties.
Payment Security: We do not store your credit card or bank details. All transactions are processed securely through the Bank of Baroda Merchant Gateway.
Cookies: Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience.
3. Terms and Conditions (Billing Policy)
By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope: We provide decor, planning, and management services as outlined in your specific event contract.
Pricing: All quotes provided are valid for 15 days. Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST) as per government regulations.
Payment Schedule: A 25% advance is required to confirm the booking. The final 75% balance must be cleared 7 days prior to the event date OR as per the agreed terms.
Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in a pause in preparation or a late fee of 2% per week on the outstanding balance.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding the service must be raised within 48 hours of the event conclusion.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
As a service-based business, "delivery" refers to the execution of your event:
Service Location: Services are delivered on-site at the venue address provided by the client in Bangalore or surrounding areas.
Timeline: Setup will be completed by the "Ready Time" specified in the contract. Yeshwa Events and Decors is not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions or force majeure (natural disasters).
Physical Goods: Any physical items (decor, floral arrangements) are for rental use during the event duration unless otherwise specified.
